REFUND POLICY – FIGHT OPS

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Fight Ops, operated by TN International LLC. Fight Ops offers a digital subscription service with immediate access. Consequently, all payments made are final, firm, and non-refundable, except for the strictly limited exceptions provided below.

2. TOTAL ABSENCE OF REFUND

No refunds will be granted in the following cases (non-exhaustive list): • non-use of the service • partial use • absence of results or opportunities • user dissatisfaction • incompatibility with personal expectations • dispute with another user • account suspension or deletion for violation of the Terms • error of judgment or change of mind The user expressly acknowledges that they cannot claim any refund for these reasons.

3. IMMEDIATE DIGITAL ACCESS

The user acknowledges that: • the service is provided in digital form • access is activated immediately after payment Consequently, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any right of withdrawal is expressly excluded.

4. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscriptions may be automatically renewed according to the chosen period. It is the user's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date. Any renewal made is final and cannot give rise to a refund.

5. PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY

The user is responsible for: • verifying payment information before validation • ensuring the accuracy of amounts • monitoring automatic renewals Fight Ops cannot be held liable for errors made by the user during payment.

6. PAYMENT PROVIDERS

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Wise, or others). Fight Ops has no control over operations carried out by these providers. Any dispute relating to the technical processing of payment must be addressed to the relevant provider.

7. LIMITED EXCEPTION (TECHNICAL ERROR)

A refund may be considered only in the following strictly limited cases: • a payment was charged twice • a proven, continuous technical error exclusively attributable to Fight Ops completely prevents access to the service for a duration exceeding forty-eight (48) consecutive hours The following cumulative conditions must be met: • the impossibility of access must be total (and not partial) • it must not be related to a user, network, device, or third-party provider issue • it must be observed and confirmed by Fight Ops Any request must be made within a maximum period of 7 days following the payment. Fight Ops reserves an exclusive, discretionary, and final right to accept or refuse any refund request, without obligation of justification.

8. PROHIBITION OF ABUSIVE CHARGEBACKS

Any abusive attempt to dispute a payment (chargeback) may result in: • immediate suspension of the account • definitive termination of the service • legal proceedings

9. ABSENCE OF LINK WITH SPORTING ACTIVITIES

The payment of a subscription to Fight Ops does not guarantee any sporting result, opportunity, fight, or professional relationship. No refund can be requested in connection with: • an injury • a fight cancellation • a visa refusal • a negotiation failure • a lack of agreement between users

10. MODIFICATION OF THE POLICY

Fight Ops reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
